Local Care. Professional Standards. Since 2006.
For almost 20 years, The Iron Lady of Prudhoe has been helping local families and businesses take the hassle out of laundry and garment care.
Established in Prudhoe in 2006, we've built our reputation around something very simple: providing a friendly, reliable service and treating every customer's clothing and linen with the care it deserves.
From a weekly basket of ironing to a favourite suit, delicate garment or fresh bed linen, we understand that the things entrusted to us matter.
That's why professional care and personal service remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our aim is to give our customers something increasingly valuable — their time back.
We provide a range of professional garment and linen-care services, including:

Professional Ironing
Crisp shirts, perfectly pressed garments and ironing that's ready to wear.

Proudly Local
Prudhoe isn't simply where our business is based — it's our community.
Over the years, we've had the privilege of serving generations of customers from Prudhoe and across the surrounding Tyne Valley.
Much of our business has grown through returning customers and personal recommendations, and we're proud of the trust people place in us every time they leave their clothing or linen in our care.
Beautifully Clean. Professionally Cared For.
Although the business has grown and changed since 2006, our approach remains the same.
Quality. Care. Reliability.
We believe professional laundry and garment care should be convenient, dependable and personal.
Whether you're bringing us one special garment, handing over the family's weekly ironing or looking for a regular laundry service, you'll receive the same attention to detail.
Because to us, it's never just another load of washing.
It's yours.
And we'll look after it accordingly.
